Eastern Corridor
You see a dimly lit corridor stretching back to the depths of the building. Along the walls are wooden cabinets raised off the ground on pilasters to protect them from the damp. You can see inside one of the cabinets that it is filled with cylindrical capsae containing papyrus scrolls. In front of you is a marble counter with a sign noting "Please ask the attendant if you wish to consult a scroll with a decree of the Senate or of the Council of the Plebs." Unfortunately, the attendant does not seem to be present, but you notice a scroll on the counter.
