Stable

You open the wooden door and proceed around a narrow, dusty path to the back of the house. Here lies a stable. Made of rough stone, and situated near the street, the stable has served as a shelter for the various horses that have lived inside. Stepping between the walls of the entryway, your nose detects a foul odor, the smells of penned up animals mixed with rotting straw. Two brown horses are tied to a post in the left corner. Looking well fed and well groomed, these horses have been faithful servants for the Master's business trips. A quick look about the room reveals many piles of hay heaped haphazardly across the stone floor. A large pitchfork, with rusty tines, sits upright, half immersed into one of the piles near the left edge of the room. A faint glow issues from the lantern that hangs from the ceiling.
