Welcome to Randolph School's Latin II class' Virtual Pompeii!

You are passing through the Porta Marina, one of the four main gates to Pompeii. Notice that there are two entrances, one for foot-traffic and one for wheeled vehicles. If you come by cart, be careful to note that the Forum does not allow wheeled vehicles to enter.

Continue on your way to explore the Forum itself: the Forum Baths, the House of Caecilius in Regio IV, the Large Theater with its Triangular Forum and gladiator barracks, and the Amphitheater. Bona Fortuna!
