Seaside Tablinum

This is a richly decorated tablinum that extends onto a balcony overlooking the sea. Sunlight streams into the room during the daytime through the grating in the ceiling.
In a more traditional home, the summer triclinium would be located here, but that has been moved to another area of the villa.
